The main reason we need education
 1. Education is the key to all success, we need education as a student you need education to progress in life. They once say Education + Talent makes you a super star, therefore for you to be a superstar you must add Education and Talent to be who you want to be in life.
 2. It helps build opinion and have point view on things in life. People debate in subject of whether education is the only thing that gives knowledge. Some say education is the process of gaining information surrounding world. While knowledge is some thing different.
3.When I started thinking about why education is so important, I remembered my high school years when I used to spend almost five hours a month on math homework, wake up at 6:00 AM and get ready for my PSAL soccer game after school. I remembered my teachers, school subjects, the study and the fun! I never really hated school. But I have seen many of my peers who hated going to school; I have had some friends who did not like the idea of studying. Some needed to be up in summer school for recovery. I personally was always focused because I wanted to become a software engineer. I know it will be hard and very challenging. However I believe I can handle the challenge.
The first thing that strikes me about education is knowledge gain. Education gives us a knowledge of the world around us and changes it into something better. It develops in us a perspective of looking at life. It helps us build opinions and have points of view on things in life. People debate over the subject of whether education is the only thing that gives knowledge. Some say education is the process of gaining information about the surrounding world while knowledge is something very different. They are right. But then again, information cannot be converted into knowledge without education. Education makes us capable of interpreting things, among other things. It is not just about lessons in textbooks. It is about the lessons of life. One thing I wish I can do is, to provide education for all: no child left behind and change the world for good!!
Why is education necessary?
1.Every human being needs oxygen to survive in the world. Education is as important as this because education gives people the knowledge and skills they require. Education is important to people of all ages and it has no limit. Children require education in order for them to learn how to speak and to write. Students in higher education level require knowledge in order to gain valuable information regarding what they are studying about. Managers in companies require education to improve them in decision making and adapting to changing environment. One cannot say that they do not need any further education no matter how smart they are because the quality of education is always improving.

This is the reason why education is becoming increasingly important and it has now become a necessity to everyone. In the past two decades or so, parents did not see education to be important for their child as they believed that their child only needs knowledge on certain issues. If parents still have the same mentality today, their child will find it difficult to make a living in today's world which has become very competitive. Even in lower education level, students are already competing with each other to determine who will get the highest grade in class. If these students are already so competitive in school just imagine how competitive would they be when they move on to higher education and after that, work.

With the standard of education getting higher, an organization's demand for an individual's level of education is also getting higher. Many years ago, a fresh graduate is able to apply for any job they want with a high school certificate. A few years on, expectation grew and the minimum requirement was a diploma certificate. Today, many students with degree level certificate are unemployed unless for those are holding certificates from prestigious universities. Imagine, if degree holders are already missing out on jobs, how those with only high school or diploma certificate fare? The level of standard and expectation of education has grown to a level where one cannot afford have insufficient education. This has how important education has become.
2.Truth be told, you don't really need to go into higher education to make a good living in America. Don't get me wrong, as a college student pursuing a degree in Secondary Education, I don't undervalue the worth of education one bit. However, the notion that you need to be able to do well in high school and then get at least a bachelors degree to succeed is a foolish one indeed.

See, in today's day and age, it's not as much what you know as it is who you know. Knowing people will get your foot in the door of employment. What you know will keep you in there. Work ethic is more important in this case. Especially since, as you said, one never stops learning. You learn on the job, you learn every single day. One probably learns more outside of the classroom than they ever could inside of it. Job experience is vastly more important that how many degrees you have, or what grade you got on a silly test. The most important thing is evidence of a practical application of your education, which, sadly, is something that a lot of this generation lacks.

Additionally, one doesn't even really need to go on to obtain a higher level education to make a good living. A person who doesn't feel that the classroom is the place for them could go into Trade Schools, and become a plumber, or an electrician, or something similar. Given the fact that there is already a vast shortage of that in todays job market, and yet the demand for such work hasn't decreased even a little (in fact, it's probably increased), people who went to trade schools can pretty much name their own price when it comes to fixing pipes, or building a porch for somebody's home.

See, in todays education system, we've raised a generation of individuals who thrive on information, they know what is what, and they know how to handle things in an office setting, and some of them thrive on creation, or people skills, or something else. But very few of them have practical skills, like painting, which is a necessary but costly expense. So, if one is trained to do this, they will easily find themselves in the upper-middle class. And the most shocking thing of all? People who do this don't even need to graduate high school. A man who didn't even graduate high school could be making six figures annually, while men who have degrees from accredited and prestigious universities could find themselves unemployed.

So while education is an extraordinarily useful tool, the notion that higher education is completely necessary to find a job in this market is utterly foolish.
3.

Education gives you an advantage in some cases but nothing more, people with higher education or degrees can be turned down based on being overqualified just like someone with poor qualifications can be turned down by not having enough.

I agree with what KoK said, people can earn enormous amounts on the smallest of qualifications, as long as they actually stick their necks out to reach said job opportunities. Your own mentality is pretty much the only draw back to financial success
